Hi, I’m Richard Ruble, but many know me as The Rainmaker. I’ve been in the mortgage industry for over 29 years, helping families, first time homebuyers, investors, and self employed clients find the right loan solutions for their unique needs. “Making it Rain” isn’t just a slogan. It’s the way I do business: showing up, working hard, and delivering results that move people closer to their goals.

Over the years, I’ve built my expertise around self employed loan programs, investment financing, and helping clients who don’t fit the traditional lending mold.
